PROCESSES

Green Ginger offers a choice of complete or piece-meal packages. Clients can choose a full service from initial conceptual designs, through the fabrication of prototypes and final items, through to performance direction. The company's experienced artists are happy to offer respectful advice and consultation on 3rd party creations at any stage of the process.

LIGHT & STRONG

Green Ginger creates memorable puppetry solutions that keep both audience and puppeteer in mind. We understand why the comfort and safety of the performer is key and place this at the heart of our early conceptual and design work. We have expertise in creating visually stunning puppets, that are also lightweight but robust enough to withstand the physical abuse of intensive rehearsal and touring.

MATERIALS

Each creation is a piece of bespoke alchemic engineering. Green Ginger's regular fabricators have thorough knowledge of raw materials and their tolerances. Our work is a hybrid of under- and over-engineering and we have no hesitation to 'hack' or re-purpose domestic and industrial waste materials in conjunction with sourced components.
